We have found ourselves staying plenty busy this past Spring while we wait to meet our sweet boy! We have received three updates over the past 3 months about him and tons of cute pictures! I wish I could post some here but we cant until he comes to the USA. He has only been sick once and he is being fed everyday which is such a blessing. In our last update that we received in April, he weighed 12lbs and was growing! We can't wait to love on him and find out more details about him! Did I mention that we are head over heals in love with him? We are seriously blessed and thank God everyday for his amazing provision to be our son!!
So here is what we have been up to while we have been waiting on a court date to travel to Ethiopia................ Jared has been on the river a lot and has enjoyed getting his business, Confluence Outfitters, off the ground this Spring. He does guided fishing for smallmouth bass on the James and Maury Rivers. I go to babysit Jackson, on my days off,some this spring for my sister and loved my days with him!
Emilee and I traveled to NOVA to see our brother Chip and his precious family. We enjoyed our time with them so much!
