Ethiopia Bound: A Good Mail Day!

Our Immigration Letter FINALLY arrived in the mail this weekend! We have been waiting ALL summer for this document and are so thankful it made it to us safely! Now to send this one document to be state sealed and finally get this 2nd Dossier to the right people........

Highlights of Our Adoption Journey

Nov 2009- God broke our hearts for adoption
Jan 28 2011- Finally finished all the paperwork and are officially DTE and on the Waiting list for a 0-12 month boy or girl!
Jan 28 2012- Officially been waiting one year for a referral
June 28, 2012- 17 months of waiting for a referral. We are currently updating all our paperwork that is expiring.....
Sept 28, 2012- 20 months of waiting for a referral. We submitted our 2nd Dossier
Nov 2012- 3 yrs on the Adoption Journey
Jan 28,2013- Two years officially having been on a waiting list
Feb 19, 2013-We got a REFERRAL for a 2 month old little boy!!!!!!
May 30,2013-We met and held our son!!
June 3,2013-We passed Court!
July 9,2013-Submitted to Embassy
