An Encouraging Mail Day

After working two long 12 hour shifts I stopped and got the mail on my way into the subdivision last night to find two sweet blessings in the mail. The first one was this awesome necklace above that my sweet friend Anna sent me! We traveled to court together in June and God has just really blessed me with a new friend ever since! I am so thankful for her and was completely blessed by a surprise gift in the mail. It came at such a great time and really encouraged my soul. "Enat" on the necklace means "Mother" in Amharic, Isaiah's native language! I will proudly sport this necklace and will continue to praise God that God has asked me and entrusted me to be his Mom!! What a special job!!

The second blessing was a card that we received from Training Pastors International letting us know they had received a gift in honor of Isaiah! I immediately teared up at such an awesome gift. Someone really understands our hearts and that we would totally appreciate this! Training Pastors International (TPI) is an international ministry training program from our hometown devoted to training national pastors throughout the world. They travel to Africa often to train men in the true Word of God so they can educate their villages and make disciples in all nations! Two weeks ago they were in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia training men right in Isaiah's birth city!!  We had hoped that we might be in Ethiopia at the same time to serve along side of them but our dates didn't overlap so we just prayed for them from afar! Here is what the card said.

"Training Pastors International acknowledges with appreciation an anonymous donation of $1000 give in honor of Isaiah"

God continues to show us his faithfulness and majesty through this process! We praise God for all the works and wonders we have seen during this adoption journey! May God receive all the glory in this process!

Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness!  Psalm 150:2
