Jared's Birthday

    Jared turned 27 this year on May 14th.  Its crazy to think that when God broke our hearts for adoption, we were worried because Jared didn't meet the age requirement to submit the paperwork! ( you have to be 25yrs old)  Crazy to think that now he is well pass the age requirement and has actually celebrated 3 birthdays during our adoption process thus far!
     I met Jared for lunch on his birthday and while I was in town I finally mailed our paperwork request to have our update USCIS fingerprints done.  Our fingerprints expired on 4-21-12 this year but due to some delays in getting our new medical check-ups, our homestudy was late and thus our USCIS paperwork is late being sent off.  We are praying they will give us some grace........
    Just wanted to share that our small group is awesome and surprised Jared with enough money for him to buy a new grill for his birthday! We are pumped!  I think they felt sorry for him that he cooked food on most Wednesday nights on one old burner!  Here is a picture of the one he picked out! We have really enjoyed it and are so appreciative!
