December Highlights

Sorry we are slow wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Life has been fun, quite emotional and full of many blessings over the course of the last few weeks.  We were so thankful to get to spend a lot of time with family and friends during the Christmas season this year.  It is always so exciting to Celebrate Christ Birth and all that he has done for us and be with those that we love. 

Some highlights of December were:

 We are so thankful for Gods promise in John that he will not leave our child as an orphan. Praise God!

Celebrating 11 Months of being on the waiting list

 On 12-28-11 we celebrated 11 months of being on the waiting list for our baby.  Its crazy to think that we have been almost waiting a whole year! We are hoping that 2012 will be the year we receive a referral, travel to Ethiopia and bring home our african blessing!

Our prayer for this year as we continue to wait on Gods perfect timing is that God will draw us closer and closer to him and that we will

 let our light shine before others, that they may see our good deeds and glorify our Father in heaven.
